Project Manufacturing Process
1. CUSTOMER ENQUIRY
Explore our catalog to discover a home that perfectly fits your needs. Our initial project discussions involve understanding your requirements and defining your design brief.
2. CONCEPT DESIGN
You get started by selecting from our range of homes or we work on your custom design. We assess costings for your brief and present a quote, including any variations, for your approval.
3. DEVELOPED DESIGN
We prepare and submit planning and building permit documentation following your approval of the drawings.
4. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATION
Our design team prepare the construction documentation for your home. We organise purchase orders, schedule contractors and finalise costings for services and transportation.
5. CONSTRUCTION
Construction can take 12-15 weeks from the building permit being granted and carried out in our Belmopan factory. We prepare footings and electrical and plumbing works on site.
6. DELIVERY
We transport your place from our warehouse to your site. Crane if required. We complete site installation including electrical and plumbing site connections.
